General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These GTC govern the use of the online platform of LetzPrint Sàrl-S (“Platform”) by end users (animal owners) and by veterinary practices.
2. Platform service
The Platform provides a directory of veterinary practices and facilitates appointment requests. The treatment contract is concluded exclusively between the animal owner and the practice; the Platform is not a party to the veterinary service.
3. Registration and account
An account is required for certain functions. Login credentials must be kept confidential; the information provided must be truthful.
4. Bookings and cancellation
Appointment requests become binding upon confirmation by the practice. Cancellations are possible via the confirmation link or the account, provided they are made in good time.
5. Reviews
Reviews must be based on an actual visit and must not contain any unlawful, offensive or untruthful content. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content.
6. Practice subscriptions
Paid tariffs for practices are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Prices are as stated on the pricing page. All prices are exclusive of statutory Luxembourg VAT (TVA) where applicable. For cross-border B2B services within the EU the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.
7. User obligations
Misuse, automated extraction (scraping) and unlawful content are prohibited.
8. Liability
The Platform is not liable for the veterinary service or for the accuracy of the content posted by practices. In all other respects, liability is governed by the statutory provisions.
9. Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
Luxembourg law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permissible – Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
