The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). The competent body in Luxembourg is the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, 6, rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg – mediateurconsommation.lu. We are in principle willing to take part in proceedings before this body.
